The Warren County Soil Conservation
District is conveniently located off of Route 46 on Stiger Street in Hackettstown, New Jersey.
Taking Route 46 Eastbound:
Follow route 46 until you enter Hackettstown. (You'll
be in Hackettstown after you pass a sign that says, "Welcome to Hackettstown.") At the first traffic light, turn
right onto Stiger Street. The building, light blue in color and which has the WCSCD logo on it, will be on your right.
From I-80 and County Route 517 (High
Street):
Tale Exit 19 and turn left once you reach the intersection at the end of the exit ramp onto
County Route 517. Continue until 517 junctions with Route 46; turn right, corss over the railroad tracks and turn left
at the traffic light onto Stiger Street. The building (which has the WCSCD logo on it) will be on your right near the
end of the street across from the main building of the livestock auction.
Taking Route 46 Westbound:
From Route 46 continue westbound through
Hackettstown, cross the railroad tracks, and turn left at the traffic light onto Stiger Street. The building (which has the WCSCD logo on it) will be on your right near the end
of the street across from the main building of the livestock auction.
From Route 57:
Take 57 eastward to intersection with Route 182
(Mountain Avenue). Turn left and follow until 182 intersects with Route 46. Keep on 46 through Hackettstown and
cross the railroad tracks. Turn left onto Stiger Street at the next traffic light.
The building (which has the
WCSCD logo on it) will be on your right near the end of the street across from the main building of the livestock auction.
Or, (a shortcut for the adventurous) if you are driving east on Route 57 from the Washington area, turn left onto Allen
Road at the light in Mansfield (near the Clearview Cinemas). Proceed to the intersection of Allen Road and Rockport
Road (CR629) where you will turn right onto Rockport Road and proceed about 1.2 miles and then turn left onto Beatty Street
for about .2 miles. At the end of Beatty you will turn right onto W. Stiger Street for. WCSCD is the blue and
white building on the left with the WCSCD logo on it.
